JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and manage their complete banking relationships.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, promote self-service options, and remain compliant with banking regulations while delivering education and advice tailored to financial goals.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer-first mindset, and willingness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration and Life licenses or must complete within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
