Job summary

Pearl Pools in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Associate to generate new business for residential and commercial pool construction, renovation, and related services in Concord, Huntersville, and Lake Norman. You will build client relationships, conduct on-site evaluations, prepare proposals, and coordinate handoffs to operations.

This role requires travel within the territory. The position offers unlimited earning potential with commissions; top performers exceed $400,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in pool, construction, remodeling, or related industries.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and generating new business.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and repeat business.
• Experience conducting on-site consultations, project evaluations, estimating, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified residential and commercial sales opportunities.
• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and sales opportunities and conduct on-site consultations.
• Prepare accurate proposals and present project recommendations to customers; negotiate scope and pricing.
• Coordinate transition of sold projects to Project Management and Operations; maintain sales records.
