Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience, preferably in pool/construction/home improvement industries.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and generating new business.
• Independently develops and maintains a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified residential and commercial sales opportunities.
• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, industry relationships, community involvement, and self-generated lead development.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and project scope.
• Perform field measurements, evaluations, and take-offs for estimates.
• Prepare accurate proposals and present project recommendations to customers.
• Negotiate scope and pricing within company guidelines.
• Close sales and execute customer agreements.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
