Job summary

Pearl Pools is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive new business for residential and commercial pool construction, renovation, and related services. You will build client relationships, conduct site evaluations, prepare proposals, and coordinate handoffs to operations after contract execution from our Orlando office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and generating new business.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, and repeat business.
• Experience conducting on-site consultations, project evaluations, estimating, and negotiating contracts.
• Strong understanding of residential/commercial construction processes preferred.
• Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining detail and customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and estimating software.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified residential and commercial sales opportunities.
• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, industry relationships, community involvement, and self-generated leads.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and project scope.
• Prepare accurate proposals and present project recommendations.
• Negotiate project scope and pricing within company guidelines.
• Close sales and execute customer agreements.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate transition of sold projects to Project Management and Operations.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize lead generation opportunities.
