Job summary

Pearl Pools is seeking a Sales Associate to drive new business for residential and commercial pool construction, renovation, and related services from our Atlanta-area office. You will develop client relationships, perform on-site evaluations, prepare proposals, and coordinate handoffs to operations after contract execution.

Strong performers can earn $400K+ annually in commissions. A first-year draw of $72,000 is offered to ramp up, with flexibility and support across Marketing, Project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in pool/construction/remodeling or related industries.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and generating new business.
• Ability to manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and repeat business.
• Experience conducting on-site consultations, estimating, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of residential and commercial sales opportunities.
• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and self-generated leads.
• Respond to inquiries and conduct on-site consultations to assess needs and scope.
• Prepare proposals, present recommendations, negotiate scope/pricing, and close sales.
• Coordinate transition of sold projects to Project Management and Operations.
• Maintain documentation, track proposals, contracts, and sales activity.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and collaborate with Marketing.
• Support Accounts Receivable with deposits and payment information.
