Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations management, preferably in construction or specialty trades.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore or Buildertrend.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites as needed.
• Commitment to safety, excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across construction and renovation projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Manage project workflows including planning, estimating, bidding, and job costing.
• Monitor branch P&L, budgets, and financial metrics, providing improvement insights.
• Ensure OSHA standards and local codes compliance across sites and projects.
• Oversee warehousing, material procurement, inventory, and fleet maintenance.
• Build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships to drive repeat business.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning for branch staff.
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and professional development.
