You will build strong relationships, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to marketing and referral efforts, meeting the goal of turning opportunities into successful sales that support growth.

Qualifications

• Three plus years successful B to C sales experience.
• Working knowledge of CRM software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and spoken
• Customer service oriented with positive and outgoing personality
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Travel 90-100% within territory
• After year one, compensation under a 100% commission pay structure

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations, assess needs, explain features, and present pool ownership solutions.
• Develop accurate pricing and proposals using the Retail Cost Breakdown methodology and price book standards.
• Manage the full sales cycle and appointment workflow from lead to close.
• Maintain CRM data, activity logs, and sales reports.
• Build local referral networks with landscapers, builders, and related businesses.
• Support marketing, craft sales collateral, and participate in events.
• Engage in monthly performance reviews with Regional Sales Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
