Life Time Inc. in Romeoville, IL is seeking an on-site pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programs, aiming to grow your book and revenue while delivering high-value, member-centric experiences.

You will develop safe, engaging lessons, coordinate leagues and events, and contribute to Life Time's brand by partnering with Membership Advisors. Requires HS diploma, 1–2 years experience, and IPTPA/PPR within 6 months; CPR/EAP preferred.

• Proven ability to teach and demonstrate pickleball techniques.
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach private pickleball lessons and group programming, averaging 30+ hours weekly.
• Coordinate pickleball leagues and mixers and grow revenue to meet goals.
• Create member-focused experiences using events, marketing tools, and facilities upkeep.
• Support sales efforts with Membership Advisors and attend pickleball-related meetings.
