Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Trainer certification.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Experience leading group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills; ability to build client relationships.
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience (internships considered).

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants for safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized workout plans.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation.
• Assist with incentive programs, health-promotion, and other specialty programs.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Assist with additional duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
