Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current accredited personal trainer certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE).
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and motivation for client progress.
• Assist with program support and administrative tasks to drive engagement.
• Support day-to-day fitness facility operations.
