You will deliver one-on-one sessions, ensure safety, and motivate clients while supporting incentive and health-promotion initiatives; a Bachelor in Exercise Science and a national certification are required. Join a mission-driven team that helps people get ready for the moments that matter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field.
• Nationally accredited certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE) preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized plans.
• Deliver one-on-one consultations and motivation for clients.
• Assist with health-promotion programs and daily operations.
