Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Urologist for outpatient role in Mattoon, Illinois. The position offers a high earning potential with a base salary of $750,000 per year, production bonuses, and extensive relocation and retention incentives.

You will join an established department with mid-level support, covering clinic and surgical caseload with flexible scheduling and expansion opportunities. Excellent malpractice tail coverage and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Completed Urology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (BC/BE).
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or eligible.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills with team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological care.
• Collaborate with current department staff, APPs, and team.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules for week-round access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites and explore expansion opportunities in nearby locations.
• Participate in a call rotation with clinic and ED duties per bylaws.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for visits and procedures.
