Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for a full-time outpatient role in Mattoon, Illinois. The position features an elite compensation package around $750,000 per year, with a collaborative schedule and expansion opportunities.

You will join an established department with strong APP support, cover clinic and surgical blocks to maintain patient access, and participate in a manageable call rotation. Comprehensive benefits and tail coverage enhance the package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with accreditation from an approved medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Active BC/BE status or eligibility in Urology; Illinois license or immediate eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological care to a growing regional patient base.
• Collaborate with existing department, including APPs, to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to cover key mid-to-late week blocks for access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites and pursue outpatient surgery opportunities in nearby locations.
• Participate in call rotations (1 in 3) and maintain thorough EMR documentation.
