Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for a full-time outpatient role in Mattoon, Illinois.

The position offers a $750,000 annual base salary, a collaborative team, and a strategic schedule designed to provide comprehensive week-round access to urology care. Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active Illinois license or immediate eligibility to obtain license.
• DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions.
• Collaborate with department and APPs to coordinate care.
• Schedule clinic and surgical blocks to ensure week-round access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites and pursue outpatient opportunities.
• Participate in call rotations per medical staff bylaws (max 1 in 3).
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for visits and procedures.
