Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks an Urologist for outpatient care in Mattoon, Illinois. This full-time role offers a base compensation of $750,000 per year, with bonuses and robust benefits. A BC/BE credentialed surgeon will join a collaborative department dedicated to expanding regional urological care.

The position includes a productive schedule, sign-on incentives, relocation support, CME allowances, and comprehensive malpractice tail coverage. Expect extensive retirement and benefit programs.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed Urology Residency program.
• BC/BE in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a team-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological care to a growing regional patient base.
• Collaborate with department staff and APPs to deliver care.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to ensure access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites to expand outpatient opportunities.
• Participate in call rotation with clinic and ED, capped at 1 in 3.
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records for all visits and procedures.
