Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Urology Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or eligible.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urological medical and surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with APPs and colleagues to support department operations.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules for week-round coverage.
• Utilize modern surgical suites to expand outpatient surgery opportunities.
• Participate in a call rotation with clinic and ED, respecting bylaws.
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records for all visits.
