Job summary

UFC Gym in Huntington Beach is seeking an MMA Coach to deliver high-quality private and small group training, drive member engagement, and contribute to revenue through coaching and supplement sales.

You will manage training sessions, track progress, and uphold the UFC Gym standards on the fitness floor. Weekend availability is required and you will be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that emphasizes service, science and sales.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service focus and ability to engage members.
• Experience operating office equipment and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Familiarity with DotFIT program and software.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private & Small Group Training with Members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Manage client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking and workouts.
• Contribute to revenue generation through workshops, seminars and product demos.
• Meet monthly revenue objectives for Private Coaching and Supplements.
