UFC Gym in Florida is seeking an MMA Coach to deliver private and small-group training, drive supplement sales, and provide exceptional member service. You will manage client programs, track measurements, and ensure sessions start on time while upholding UFC Gym standards.

The role requires weekend availability, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to meet revenue targets through high-quality coaching and engaging member experiences. Join a team that champions the Train Different philosophy.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Working knowledge of the dotFIT program and software.
• Able to adjust and operate all fitness equipment.
• Strong customer service focus with professional communication.
• Must clock in/out for all shift times and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Drive revenue through private training and supplement sales.
• Maintain accurate administration of client programs and purchases.
• Meet personal monthly revenue objectives per UFC Gym standards.
• Execute starter sessions and prospecting activities.
