The ideal candidate will have fight experience, coaching skills, and a passion for customer service. You will lead private sessions while ensuring a positive environment and achieving revenue goals. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to generate enthusiasm are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Amateur or Professional fight experience.
• Coaching experience with classes and private 1 on 1 coaching.
• Purple belt Bjj or higher.
• Current CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Sell and conduct Private & Small Group Training with Members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales.
