Job summary

Hilton Woodland Hills/Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Mixologist for evening shifts, weekends and holidays. The role requires bartending certification, 3+ years in a high-volume environment, and compliance with ServSafe/RBS standards.

You will manage bar setup, stock, and guest service with a focus on upselling and hospitality. Hourly rate starts at $25.00 with overtime eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Certification from accredited bartending program.
• Minimum 3 year experience as a Mixologist in a medium to high volume environment.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• RBS certification required.
• ServSafe certification required.
• 3+ years as a Mixologist.

Responsibilities

• Take Guests’ food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
• Record orders into the POS system and receive payment following service procedures.
• Make and serve alcoholic beverages for Guests, cocktail and food servers in accordance with service standards.
• Open wine/champagne bottles and serve in accordance with service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Complete closing duties and reports as assigned.
