Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a part-time Banquet Bartender. The candidate will provide libations, offer customized recommendations, and maintain an attractive bar. Knowledge of mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation is important, with a focus on quality service.

The role requires at least 2 years of bartending experience, weekend/holiday availability, and compliance with CA Food Handler Certification. Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience with ample knowledge of wines and liquors.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Must have a valid CA Food Handler Certification.
