Job summary
Equinox in Miami, FL is seeking Membership Sales Advisors to drive club membership growth, renewals and ancillary services through strategic outreach and in-club lead generation. Under the leadership of a General Manager and Regional Sales Manager, Advisors will build rapport with prospective and current members, host events, and aim to exceed individual sales and ancillary goals.

- Previous sales experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Sell club memberships
- Prospect new business and clients
- Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and ancillary service goals
- Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members
