Equinox in Aventura, FL is seeking a Membership Sales Advisor to drive membership sales, renewals, and ancillary services within a luxury fitness club. You will host events, generate leads, and cultivate referrals while delivering exceptional service to members and prospects.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness. This is an on-site role requiring evening/weekend availability and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
