Job summary

Leading Edge Administrators seeks a Client Concierge Specialist to deliver high-touch, white-glove service to members, providers, and clients in a health insurance setting. You will guide members through their healthcare journey, educate on benefits and eligibility, assist with claims, and resolve issues with ownership and empathy.

The role requires strong customer service skills, healthcare knowledge, and proactive problem-solving to enhance member satisfaction across multiple communication

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor level degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment handling escalation/2nd tier inquiries in healthcare, insurance or TPA environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries from members and providers.
• Deliver personalized, concierge-level service by understanding member needs and providing tailored solutions including outbound contacts.
• Assist members with benefits education, eligibility verification, and plan navigation.
• Guide members through claims inquiries, including status, processing, and EOB explanations in a clear manner.
• Support provider searches, appointment coordination, and healthcare navigation.
• Research and resolve complex issues related to claims, billing, and coverage.
• Investigate and resolve disputes/escalations with root-cause analysis and timely resolution.
• Update and maintain records of progress and communicate updates to stakeholders; escalate when needed.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, accuracy, call handling, and member satisfaction.
• Deliver empathetic, professional communication to support retention and positive interactions.
