• Grow and deepen relationships with mass affluent clients.
• Perform proactive outreach to understand client needs and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal partners ( Wealth, Small Business, Lending) to meet client needs.
• Explain banking solutions clearly and guide clients through loan applications.
