Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain mass affluent client relationships with a proactive, needs-based approach.
• Explain banking solutions and coordinate with internal partners (wealth, small business, lending).
• Proactively engage clients via phone, email, or meetings to discuss needs and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with TD banking policies and regulatory requirements.
