The Atlantic District in New London seeks an Elite Insurance Agent who builds trust through genuine guidance. You will base in our office and interact with neighbors daily, focusing on personalized protection for families and local businesses.

This role emphasizes thoughtful conversations over quotas, with a base salary plus commissions, bonus opportunities, and a clear path for career growth within a collaborative, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of consultative sales or insurance advisory experience.
• Connecticut P&C Producer License held.
• Proficient with digital policy management systems.
• Excellent verbal and in-person communication.
• Active involvement in New London community.

Responsibilities

• Identify the unique risks faced by our neighbors and help them build plans that offer real peace of mind.
• Meet with clients at our New London office to discuss their goals and adjust their coverage as their lives evolve.
• Stay ahead of industry updates to ensure our clients are always getting the most relevant advice.
• Represent The Atlantic District at local events to foster connections and support the town we call home.
• Manage your own pipeline of opportunities with a focus on quality conversations over cold-calling volume.
