Express Homebuyers in Springfield, VA is seeking a results-driven Home Buying Specialist to convert qualified homeowner opportunities into signed agreements. This field sales role covers the DC and Baltimore MSAs, with a base salary of $48,000 plus tiered commissions.

You will work from the Springfield office and in-home appointments, reporting to the Sales Manager. OTEs exceed $200,000 annually for top performers and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful face-to-face or high-ticket B2C sales experience.
• Proven ability to convert qualified opportunities into signed agreements.
• Comfortable with field sales in DC/Baltimore markets.
