Job summary

Express Homebuyers is seeking a high-performing Home Buying Specialist to convert qualified homeowner appointments into signed agreements in the DC/Baltimore area. The role is full-time W-2 with a guaranteed $48,000 base and tiered 7%, 9%, or 11% commission on profit per deal, targeting $200,000+ annual OTE.

You will work from the Springfield, VA office and travel to in-home seller appointments across the DC and Baltimore MSAs. Prior B2C sales success and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful face-to-face or high-ticket B2C sales experience.
• Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections.
• Willingness to work in the DC/Baltimore market and convert qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Turn qualified homeowner appointments into signed agreements.
• Learn the numbers, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• Own opportunities from initial contact to final outcome, with ongoing follow-up.
