Job summary

Durlston Partners LLP in New York City seeks a Desktop Support Engineer to join its elite trading technology team. You will provide high-quality desktop support within a demanding, performance-focused environment and work closely with traders and engineers to keep the end-user workspace stable and efficient.

You will own desktop infrastructure and tooling, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and contribute to strategic network and IT projects that shape the trading floor's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in desktop support or IT engineering, financial trading background preferred.
Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking.
Excellent communication when supporting traders and engineers in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support across a complex trading environment.
Manage and maintain desktop infrastructure, hardware, and enterprise tooling.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and independently; downtime is not an option.
Collaborate with engineering and trading teams to optimise desktop and end-user environment.
Contribute to infrastructure projects and process improvements across the technology org.
