Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma required.

• Ability to stay calm, exercise sound judgment, and diffuse volatile situations.
• Must memorize Mortgage Matchup Center layout and follow policies.
• Flexibility to work various posts/locations as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products recommended.

Responsibilities

• Have a strong understanding of the arena layout to assist guests and direct them, including during emergencies.
• Respond quickly and accurately to incidents with professional, firm contact.
• Maintain arena policies and procedures, ensuring safety rules are followed.

• Monitor and control crowds to ensure safety during all events.
• Verify credentials to control access to restricted areas.
• Write clear and concise incident reports.
• Monitor, patrol, and respond to alarms or emergencies inside/outside the arena.
