Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking an on-property Westin Experience Specialist at Mammoth Lakes to deliver personalized service to Marriott Bonvoy Elite guests and other guests. You will act as a one-stop resource for resort questions and requests while maintaining a strong commitment to well-being and hospitality excellence.

The role emphasizes recognizing elite members, building emotional connections, and collaborating with hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience in a luxury resort

Qualifications

High School or equivalent education required.
Hospitality experience preferred but not essential; 1–2 years at luxury property is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate via phone, email, text, IM, and fax with professional language.

Responsibilities

Serve as on-property point of contact for a subset of loyal guests, starting with Marriott Bonvoy Elite guests.
Create emotional connections and be a one-stop shop for all resort questions and needs.
Recognize Bonvoy Elite members and deliver personalized service.
Enable guests to maintain wellness routines by focusing on the six pillars and well-being.
