Job summary

The Westin Monache in Mammoth Lakes is seeking a friendly Concierge for the winter season. You will create emotional connections with guests, assist with reservations and special requests, and coordinate with bell, valet, housekeeping and engineering to ensure flawless stays.

Provide detailed information about the hotel, ski area services and local attractions, support In-Room Dining orders, and help guests plan their vacation while upholding brand standards and delivering Marriott-level

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Mammoth area strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in hospitality, public relations, or sales and marketing.
• Hotel or Resort experience preferred.
• Computer skills.
