Job summary

NAOVI is seeking a Journeyman FOIA Analyst to support government requests under FOIA, PA, and related authorities. The role requires handling complex cases, coordinating with multiple agencies, and ensuring high-quality, compliant documentation.

Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with CI poly, possess a BS/BA with 5 years FOIA experience or 9+ years FOIA with no degree, and be prepared for 100% onsite work in the Bethesda, MD area.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance is required.
• Experience supporting FOIA, PA, MDR/ADR case processing and coordinating with requesters.

Responsibilities

• Respond to FOIA requests and review for release of classified or sensitive information.
• Coordinate searches and document collection across internal IC components and external agencies.
• Validate record search adequacy and document actions in case files.
• Ensure timely case progression and timely closure of responses.
• Draft error-free final response letters for requesters.
