Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Dedicated Flight Coordinator to act as the central point of contact for aircraft scheduling between clients and flight crews.

The role involves coordinating trips, arranging logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulations to deliver seamless travel experiences. You will work with flight planning software and MS Office, maintain client data, and support crew with trip planning, visas, and permits as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Ability to work with Solairus flight planning software and with Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Ability to interact effectively as a team member with other Flight Coordinators.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and travel schedules.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning principles, and weather monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Receive trip requests and schedule aircraft.
• Provide clients with travel solutions while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Prepare detailed flight itineraries for trips.
• Communicate schedule information to clients, staff, and flight crews.
• Arrange trip logistics and services (hotels, ground transport, catering).
• Coordinate aircraft movement with Pilot in Command to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide flight following and ensure all services are confirmed per schedule.
• Monitor flight and duty time limitations per FAA regulations.
