Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) is seeking a Flight Coordinator and Scheduler to orchestrate executive travel, partner with the Aviation team, and ensure seamless trip logistics.

The role demands precision, discretion, and strong communication to support senior leaders. Preferred candidates have 3 years in flight or travel operations, an associate degree or equivalent, and proficiency with FOS or similar scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a flight department or travel related business, preferred.
• Ability to organize, plan, and perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of aviation weather, aircraft performance, and FAA.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and terminology.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate capabilities with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with flight scheduling software such as FOS or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel requirements for MSG executives and others as required.
• Interface with Executive Administrators and Aviation team across travel phases.
• Formulate travel itineraries and optimize routes.
• Communicate with flight crews during planning and execution.
• Maintain flight logs and verify expenses with the Director.
• Uphold MSG values and safety culture in aviation operations.
