Ohio Peterbilt is seeking a Fleet Sales Representative to drive growth by infiltrating major fleets across Ohio, handling 100+ unit accounts with a focus on the entire package—truck plus aftersales support. This role is built for high-impact relationship builders and requires extensive in-state travel.

You will partner with service, parts, and Up-Time teams to ensure world-class support and long-term partnerships that maximize market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Class 8 truck sales and knowledge of Ohio fleets.
• Strong negotiation skills to sell the full package to fleets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within-state to meet prospects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business from fleets with 100+ power units in Ohio AOR.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and profitability.
• Manage post-sale relationships for repeat business and retention.
• Use CRM to track pipelines, calls, and performance.
• Coordinate with service, parts and Up-Time teams for customer support.
