Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY:

The Parts Sales and Operations Supervisor will provide leadership for and supervision to the employees in the parts department. This individual will manage the parts operation (i.e. counter sales, warehouse & parts delivery), provide exceptional customer service, and maintain superior employee relations. It is critical of this role to maintain and manage the proper items and quantities of items on hand, establish an inventory minimum or maximum, and meet or exceed part inventory turns and parts first pass fill rate. The Parts Sales and Operations Supervisor is responsible for developing and meeting the parts budget and overall goals of the department.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: A high school diploma is required ; A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Five years of purchasing or procurement and five years in a parts d epartment, customer contact position, or parts sales role is required; Must have prior management or supervisory experience.
