Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) to drive fitness programs and assign clients to our Personal Trainers. You will convert leads, recruit and align trainers to client goals, and meet sales targets while delivering an exceptional member experience.

The role blends sales and fitness program delivery with a focus on transforming members’ results and maintaining high energy, positive culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust.
• Certification in one or more of the below must be acquired within the first 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leader: Engage with current or new members daily and guide them through the CrunchONE Kickoff.
• Customer Service Concierge: Address questions and assist with sessions booking or billing tasks.
• Team Builder: Foster collaboration and build trainer value as a subject matter expert.
