Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) to drive fitness program adoption and client trainer assignments. You’ll convert leads, nurture member relationships, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced gym environment.

You will coordinate with personal trainers to optimize client results and support the club’s growth goals while delivering a high-energy, member-first experience. PTO, health benefits, and free gym membership are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in fitness or health clubs.
• Passion for health and fitness clearly shown.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member with a positive, motivating approach.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Certification within 120 days of employment required from approved programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily and drive sales.
• Coordinate with trainers to assign clients to the right staff and programs.
• Set and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent member experiences.
• Foster collaboration and lead a team toward club goals.
