Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) to drive fitness programs and assign clients to trainers. You’ll set and surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will lead a team of trainers, coordinate onboarding, and ensure a motivating environment aligned with our mission to transform lives through fitness and wellness.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness or health services.
• Passion for health and fitness with a motivational approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leader: engage members daily and guide kickoff with trainers.
• Customer Service Concierge: address questions and assist with bookings and billing.
• Team Builder: foster collaboration and promote trainer as subject matter expert.
