Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive fitness program adoption and assign trainers to clients. You will meet sales goals while delivering an exceptional member experience and coordinating with PTs.

Responsibilities include engaging members daily, guiding them through onboarding, and assisting with bookings and billing. A robust sales background and a passion for health are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Passion for health and fitness with a motivating mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Certification in ACSM/ACE/NSCA etc. needed within 120 days of employment.

Aufgaben

• Engage with current or new members daily.
• Partner with trainers to assign clients and coordinate programs.
• Guide clients through the CrunchONE kickoff and booking process.
• Address questions, assist with session bookings, and manage billing tasks.
