AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Michigan to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. You’ll demonstrate latest technologies, handle demos, and close deals with customers at scheduled appointments, earning uncapped commissions and a competitive salary.

You'll join an elite team with paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work evenings/weekends are required to serve customers across multiple Michigan locations

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use only.

Responsibilities

• Paid training and the ability to work independently in the field.
• Daily contact with existing customers via scheduled appointments to engage warm prospects.
• Utilize negotiation and communication skills to close deals and drive sales.
