Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Michigan to deliver customized, white-glove experiences at customers’ homes. You’ll drive sales with uncapped commission and a salary plus performance incentives, with top earners reaching six figures. Paid training, scheduled appointments, and a company vehicle are provided.

Evening and weekend availability is expected. You will engage warm prospects, demonstrate products, and complete on-site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and connectivity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive (company vehicle provided).
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing customers daily using scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Utilize negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales targets.
