Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, in-home experiences for customers across Michigan. You will conduct scheduled appointments, provide hands-on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments, and close deals with uncapped commission potential.

The role emphasizes independence, travel between client sites, and ongoing learning opportunities. Successful candidates bring 1+ years of commission/outside sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; company vehicle for official business use.
• Background check including drug screening and motor vehicle record is required.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell AT&T products and services during in-home appointments.
• Provide hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Close deals and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and upsell relevant products and services.
