Job summary

Sunset Ford St. Louis is seeking an elite Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to close deals, ensure compliance, and build strong lender relationships in a high-volume store. You will present F&I products, achieve high penetration, and train the sales team to optimize turnover while upholding Sunset Ford's reputation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years as Automotive F&I Manager with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated high PVR and product penetration in a dealership.
• Strong knowledge of dealership DMS and menu-selling software.
• Uncompromising ethics and transparency in all dealings.
• Ability to explain complex financial terms clearly, persuasively, and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitability by presenting a menu of F&I products (Extended Warranties, GAP, Maintenance Plans, etc.).
• Build and maintain relationships with local and national lenders for best rates and fast approvals.
• Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; paperwork must be bulletproof.
• Aggressively manage Contracts-In-Transit (CIT) to protect cash flow.
• Conduct regular training with the sales team to improve turnover quality and deal structure.
