Qualifications
- 1+ year of F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership.
- Experience with deal structure, lender programs, and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple lenders and maintain guest-centric service.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products to every guest.
- Structure deals and work with lenders to maximize approvals.
- Build and maintain lender relationships across programs.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and proper disclosures.
- Collaborate with sales management for complete deal packages.
- Deliver an honest, hospitality-first finance office experience.
- Maintain accurate deal documentation and DMS records.
- Stay current on product offerings and incentives.
