Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Executive Relationship Manager to serve high-net-worth Workplace executives, delivering white‑glove service and leveraging the full breadth of Morgan Stanley’s advisory and wealth management offerings.

The role involves educating clients on equity compensation, facilitating complex transactions, and building long-term relationships with executives and corporate clients, while coordinating with internal support teams to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent), and ability to be registered in all states and territories.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating extensive knowledge of equity compensation and wealth management value proposition.
• Formulating and delivering solutions for Executives’ inquiries, from education to complex transactions.
• Establishing relationships with a book of executives and corporate clients for business development.
• Managing high-value participants with complex corporate equity plans on Shareworks and Equity Edge.
• Educating participants on 10b5-1 plans and Morgan Stanley products and services.
