Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day executive support to the Managing Partner, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as gatekeeper and liaison, handling communications with discretion.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and confidential materials.
  • Coordinate meetings with agenda, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Handle expense reporting and invoice processing accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update files and essential documentation.
  • Support firm-wide events and initiatives as needed.
