Job summary

Situated on Alabama’s Gulf Coast, The Grand by PCH Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Event Banquet Concierge to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll work with the Director of Event Operations and Event Managers to ensure all event specifications are met and guest satisfaction remains high.

Responsibilities include coordinating with hosts, maintaining clear communication with guests and management, and assisting with small meeting setups and on-site logistics to ensure flawless events.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service mindset and proactive communication.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and manage last-minute changes.
• Familiarity with hotel amenities and event services is a plus.
